RSS Performance gearbox mounts

RSS Tarmac Series performance transmission mounts for Porsche 986 Boxster, 987 Boxster and 987 Cayman models.

Supplied as a set of 2, these upgraded transmission mounts are designed for drivers who want sharper handling, improved feedback and more precise drivetrain control from their Porsche.

Factory transmission mounts allow the drivetrain to move independently from the chassis during acceleration, braking and cornering. This movement can unsettle the car and reduce the level of control felt through the chassis.

RSS Tarmac Series mounts help minimise this movement by using specialised polyurethane bushings. The result is a firmer, more connected driving feel without the harshness or common knock sensor issues associated with solid transmission mounts.
