Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
- Electrical components that have been plugged in or connected
- Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@boxstershop.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without prior authorisation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@boxstershop.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us and we will advise you on next steps.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
