The IPD intake plenum is one of the most popular performance upgrades for the 986 Boxster, designed to improve intake airflow and increase air speed into the engine. Using IPD’s patented “Y” design, the plenum helps deliver stronger performance throughout the rev range, with especially noticeable gains in the midrange where the Boxster is most enjoyable to drive.
This kit is supplied with the larger 74mm Porsche throttle body, upgraded from the standard 68mm unit, making it ideal for owners looking for a more responsive and engaging driving experience.
